La Goma Brea es un producto que proviene de un \u00e1rbol de nuestro Chaco semi-\u00e1rido \u2013la Brea o Palo Verde (Parkinsonia praecox)- que funciona como reemplazo de la Goma Ar\u00e1biga. La Goma Brea es cosechado por comunidades Wichi en forma sustentable y procesado industrialmente, identificado en el CAA como aditivo E-414.<\/p>\n

Es una goma que exuda el \u00e1rbol de brea. La brea, a su vez, es un \u00e1rbol de amplia distribuci\u00f3n en las zonas \u00e1ridas y semi\u00e1ridas de Argentina, y tiene la propiedad de recuperar suelos desertificados.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Es muy soluble en agua y de caracter\u00edsticas funcionales similares a la de la Goma Ar\u00e1biga<\/strong>, con la ventaja de dar soluciones m\u00e1s viscosas a iguales concentraciones respecto de la Ar\u00e1biga, lo cual permite reemplazar una goma importada por otra goma nacional, de enorme importancia ambiental y social.<\/span><\/p>\n
